Excellent pan for an "egg-roll" beginner!
This tomagoyaki pan is excellent! I recently started a low-carb diet, so I was interested in making my meals look appetizing and interesting, and somewhat portion controlled. Fell in love with the bento box idea. So I discovered a lot of bento boxes have these 'egg rolls' in them, and they are delicious! I decided to give it a go....Bought my first pan from this seller/company, and it arrived fast, with everything included. After watching a handful of YT videos, I had the concept in my head. Mixed up 3 eggs and got busy. This pan is SO worth the cost! It heated nicely. It didn't make my eggs stick! It was so much FUN to use! My tomagoyakis have turned out really nice! I'm sorry I didn't take some photos.... but they were so tasty I ate them up right away!In fact, I came back to order a 2nd pan for my 2nd house. And it came today, and I used it right away. The butter brush is great, and easy to clean. The big read tomagoyaki spatula is perfect for beginners, like me. It made it so easy to flip the eggs into the nice flat rolled shape.I am 100% happy with my purchases!! My mom scoffed and said she could make this egg roll in a regular pan, but I said no, you can't. You won't get the nice squared shape. This pan is great! I'm so completely happy with it. It's worth the $21.

Exactly what I was hoping for and with great bonus additions!
I am a Professional Home and Personal Chef and I also teach cooking skills. I take all of my kitchen items, tools, utensils, knives, serving items, other accessories, and food products very seriously. When I test and review culinary items, I am highly critical and meticulous in evaluating and rating them. My reviews are honest and unbiased. Good is good…bad is bad! I love kitchen and cooking accessories that live up to their hype and this set clearly does. The inclusion of a serving dish, a wide flat spatula designed for this exact use, and a silicone basting oil spreader are icing on the cake of what is a tremendous value at the price offered on Amazon!* Easy and comfortable to use while cooking tamagoyaki...even flip tossing near the end if you have the skill* Non-stick by itself, but with a little oil, very VERY easy to manipulate the eggs* Just the right size for typical tamagoyaki.* Handle of the pan is well-attached and stays cool while cooking over a hob.* Compatible with all heat sources, including gas, electric, glass top, AND induction!* The included serving tray provides a very aesthetic appearance when plating for service.* Some, like me, will prefer using chopsticks to do the flipping and turning, but the included spatula will be a godsend for beginners learning how to make tamagoyaki. All in all, I feel I received much more than I paid for and am happy to award this set FIVE STARS, along with my honest and hearty recommendation. Bon Appetit and Itadakimasu!!*If you found my review helpful to you, please let Amazon know by clicking the "HELPFUL" button below!

What's not love with this perfect pan
This pan is exactly what you need to do an egg roll up . The simple trick is to flip 1/3 from the left after you fill it up with something and then flip the right side over the middle and you have a beautiful small little omelette. The other thing to keep in mind is as the egg is cooking pop all the air bubbles with the small provided spatula. I also really like the fact that it has a wood handle that stays insulated from the heat. You just can't go wrong with a well-made product like this. And by the way yes it is definitely non-stick. But I always had a little butter on the bottom first.

This is the Cutest little pan I own
I know in time I will get the hang of using this for the intended omelets. My first time went quite well, but we use Jumbo Ranch Eggs which are often double yolkers and too big for the recipe. So that is my own learning curve. First time using it taught me that. However, Hubby and I enjoyed the Egg Omelet very much for Dinner one night. Cooked up the veggies in the microwave to make sure they were tender before I added them in. I will only use 2 eggs and the smallest in the flat per omelet next time. I am happy I chose this company for the spatula is great and is very needed as the width of it fits very well for rolling up the omelet.I hand wash most everything so that things stay in good condition. Washes up like a dream. Seems to be evenly heat distributed which is great. These are Fun Omelets for Dinner which we do a few times a month to break up the dinner monotony.

Makes a great eggy omelet with less oil.
This pan will not change the world, but it is fun in a kitchy kinda way. I’ve made traditional tamagoyaki with the pan but mostly we just have plain eggs scrambled and rolled up. It takes a minute longer (maybe a minute if that) to make scrambled eggs or an omelet, but they turn out so different in this pan. The thin layers rolled together give the eggs a light airy texture. They just seem more eggy. You do need to be careful to not overcook the eggs or they’ll get rubbery. If you keep the heat low and take your time you’ll be rewarded with a very flavorful omelet. You can also use less oil or butter. The nonstick surface is truly nonstick and I over buttered the pan the first couple of times I used it.

So bleibt Abwechselung beim Essen.

Easier than I expected.
I am newly addicted to Japanese (vegetarian) cuisine. Having watched a few videos about making Japanese rolled omelettes, I just had to make one, so I bought this pan. When it arrived, it was smaller than I expected and comes with a wide spatula, a brush for applying oil and a dish to hold your finished omelette. I started with two eggs, some cheese and some mirin and salt and pepper and amazingly the resulting omelette looked and tasted excellent. I think that three eggs would be better next time, also some nori sheets and avocado. The wide spatula certainly makes rolling the omelette fairly easy and the brush for applying oil is useful, I probably won't use the small dish. But all in all I am delighted with this pan and it washes up easily :-).

I can finally make perfect tamagoyaki rolls!!
It's amazing! I cook Japanese food a lot (I'm British but enjoy the food and culture), but I always struggled to make a decent tamagotaki roll. I use chopsticks and kitchen roll dipped in oil to oil the pan, so don't use the brush (but it's useful to have because I will use it for other things and love getting additional things when I buy an item!) This pan and spatula is perfect! I really love the plate as well. Some people complain it's plastic/melamine, but I actually prefer that because I have limited kitchen storage and worry about breaks, so it's a relief to have a pretty and traditional looking plate that won't be as easily broken as ceramics.Perfect value for the price!! Amazing package combination.

Padella per frittata giapponese
Padella dalle dimensioni giuste per me, adatta anche ad altre preparazioni di cibi, non solo per tamagoyaki.. Più che valida anche la spatola rossa..
