Save your money!
This only worked for a few months and was not even in the main bathroom in the house so was only used once or twice per day. Just stopped working one day. It makes the noise like it's working but the soap doesn't come out. Followed all the directions and this was in like new, clean condition so no reason it should have stopped working. Wish I could send it back.

Looks good and works as advertised
Looks beautiful, easy to install, easy to use, no more soap mess and actually saves on the use of liquid soap. Does not come with screws even though it is designed to mount with screws, and using the glued sticker does not make sense. We did mount it with screws. Works exactly as advertised. I don't mind that it is all plastic because it does not look commercial like you see in public bathrooms. I get many compliments. One star off because for such an expensive product designed to use at HOME, there is no need for the tacky, cheesy, visible writings on front of soap bottle. It bothers me every time I look at it and would like to find out if I can remove it without ruining the bottle.

I love the style and function of this foaming soap dispenser
I love the style and function of this foaming soap dispenser, and purchased one for each of our bathrooms...total of 3. They blended perfectly with the different decor in each, and give the counters a less cluttered look than the regular hand soap dispensers do.Virtually any soap can be used in them, as long as there are no exfoliating crystals or moisture balls. We used regular hand/dish soap in different colors and scents, and diluted it with just a slightly higher amount of water than soap. They dispense a nice creamy foam, that seems to clean hands better than out of the bottle! All units were functioning perfectly, and we've had them about a month or two. But this week, one of them clogged up. I discovered that one soap I had used for the base was a little thicker, and needed to be diluted 2-parts water to 1-part soap. Once I cleaned the tube per instructions in the booklet, and filled it with a thinner solution, it's again working perfectly!I was tempted to Take Away 1-Star because though these dispensers are nice and sleek, they are just made of plastic, and the price seems quite high for them. The only reason I chose these over others than only ran in the $30 range, was for the style. The compartment that holds the soap blends in with housing, versus the cheaper ones that look like a bottle is just attached to the pump. All in all, I'm very happy I got them!

It takes a lot of work to keep it working.
I got support and got it to work, then half empty it stops again and becomes a science experiment. It puts out more foam than the cheaper model, but the cheaper unit is much more reliable. They will support you, you can read a lot. Try less water, more water, mix it better, stand on your head. If they want this to work well, they need instructions that list the top 10 brands of soap and what the mixture is for each. Since about 5 soaps are 90% or so of the market, this should be easy and is the seller's responsibility, not the buyers. It does look great and it great when it is working. The on off and level could be simpler. The one button does everything idea is a failed idea. You need to look at the tiny display and press buttons until it is off or it makes a mess if still on and you are doing soap experiments. I guess my real opinion the product should just be designed to work. Update: This one barely works. The cheaper one (the other model) died completely. I suggest you go to another professional source for this type of product. I am glad I have this because it does allow me to clean my hands without touching the device. But that said, I have to pass each hand twice, four passes, to get enough soap. I have dumped the soap, started over, tried every mix amount, contacted the seller, blown air through it... all of it. It is just a failed design and failed instructions.

Not worth the money purchase cheaper model.
Bought 2. Only has already died and makes sound but no soap. Followed cleaning instructions and you'd think for the money it would last longer than 6 months. i paid more for the look but the cheaper model I purchased is doing a better job of dispensing soap and the grand-kids love it.

Nice Soap Pump
This unit is nice and works well. The finish is more of a Champagne, than Gold, and looks good. Much of the housing is just there for cosmetics. You could actually use it without the housing on it, by just having the glass bottle sit on the counter. There are other Foam Soap Pumps that operate more quickly, and more quietly than this one.

A Great Choice
I was using the Lysol dispenser prior. I don't have sufficient cabinet top space in my small NYC restroom, so each time I placed anything near, proprietary refills would dispense soap. It also became expensive to the point where I'd only put it out when I had company.I love high-tech stuff, so this dispense caught my eye. The ability to mount it and save space was also appealing. My review may seem premature because I literally got it today as I'm writing this, but I love it so far.It fits in with my decor. It took a few tries to get the foam soap to initially dispense but it finally worked. I hope it continues living up to its quality exhibited now.
