Just like Goldie Locks - my expectations were just right - soft fabric, a good weight, good weight distribution and cozy feeling. My link to this purchase was 3rd party, so I had only one color choice (Gray); I might have ordered a different color but the medium tone gray is fine (neutral),

This blanket was smaller than I expected it to be. I bought a twin size and it only barely covers the top of the mattress without any overhang. If that's ok with you then I say go for it! One other minor complaint is that it feels a little rough. Kind of like if you had a soft shirt and it started to get rough with wear, like it was starting to pill. I don't love that, but I think I'll be able to look past it for the price.

Shouldn't complain about the not washable thing, I suppose, because I'm guessing that may have been in the fine print somewhere in the description. Reading is fundamental, so I should have done that more thoroughly. I've ordered a duvet cover for it to try to keep it cleaner, longer. But the material is nice, and the 15lb weight is good, so all in all a good buy for the money.

I have been having trouble sleeping with restless leg syndrome- tried melatonin and magnesium cream etc and nothing helped but this did! Used it for the first time and slept great - I read they are good for anxiety too so glad to have it for the next time I’m having anxiety issues

I love this wrighted blanket. I bought twin size because my husband did not want to sleep under one. Works great for us. Other reviewers mentioned it feels like a big hug! It does! It does not generate heat either which is also niceThe only downside is turning over, being sound asleep it is kind of heavy to move. (mine is 15 pounds). So glad I finally bought one!3

I got the 12 pound blanket,perfect weight for me. I've been sleeping a lot better,I love the way its assembled in a quilted patern,keeps the weight evenly distributed. I highly recommend getting one of these. My son tried mine and I had to order one for him,too. He's also been sleeping better with it. Especially on nights he struggles to fall asleep with his regular blanket.

Although this blanket is made of fairly good fabric and seems to have strong stitching, it is absolutely not the weight it's supposed to be. Having previously owned a 15 pound very similar blanket, it was immediately obvious that this one weighed less. Double-checked my order, and double-checked the packaging inserts. It's supposed to be 15 pounds. It definitely is not. Putting it on a scale, showed that it's just over 11 pounds.

The quality is good, the weight is a bit all over but it isn't the biggest issue in the world, I should of gone a bit heavier, and that's coming from someone who's 140 pounds, which suggested a 15 pounds one.1st few nights I slept extremely well and then my body adapted and stopped feeling any weight and embrace by the blanket, going back to a terrible night sleep.I don't blame the blanket for my sleep, just thought this would last way longer, might of been a smarter idea to just get a 20 pounds one.If you have huge sleep problems, get a 20 pounds one, this just doesn't do it for me sadly.

I did not realize it never got warm. I just assumed it would heat up. I read that a weighted blanket gave you the best sleep. So I bought it and went to bed and got all cosy but the blanket got colder and colder.I got up and added 2 more blankets but no, it got colder and colder. By morning I realized that is what it is supposed to do. If it was summer and I needed to keep cool, this is the blanket for you. Now I Know!

I had long heard of the benefits of weighted blankets, but I’d never experienced them until I bought this blanket, and truly, I don’t know how I ever managed to sleep without it.It’s incredibly soft and comfortable, the weight is perfectly distributed throughout the entire blanket, and it covers my entire bed, so no matter what position I sleep in on a given night, I get the same amount of comfort. It honestly feels like being cuddled or hugged all night long.I used to have a really difficult time getting to sleep. I’d toss and turn, trying to get comfortable, but ever since I bought this blanket, I have slept better than I have in years.It may seem expensive, but, in my opinion, it is worth every penny.

The fabric is soft. I was worried it'd be scratchy like other cheap blankets I've gotten. Not the case.My complaint is some of the squares don't have any weighted beads in it at all, so the weight is inconsistent.I am happy with my purchase though as I needed something cheap and quick for my anxiety. I would order it again.
