I tried these when I was asked to review them. I have been putting vinegar in my water for quite some time. Which is great but the taste can be a lot. The fact that these pills have zero taste is a bonus. I am unsure if I got any benefit from it but I am not sure that putting vinegar in my water helped. I just do it and hope that it's helping it. It was great to not have the taste to deal with. So if you see a benefit from Apple cider vinegar I suggest trying this.
