Nice and useful for objective...
These are nice, I did get the gloves since history notes that my bare hands dont like the handles in this type of equipment. Love it and the gloves.

Warm up must have
I really like these for warm ups and different sports. The different weights really make a difference for what we use them for but right now there is one in my volleyball bag, my gym bag, and my husbands soccer bag. Very durable so far and withstand the heat of being in my garage. I have shoulder issues so it's very important for me to use these as a good warm up prior to working out or sports.
