Good quality, easy to use and they work
I fell and hurt both shoulders. Not broken but couldn’t lay on them. My Dr suggested some excerises that I can do with these. It helps tremendously!

Great bands, very stought and well worth a few bucks. Enjoy!!
Quite a bit better than those weak band type. I feel comfortable streatching these bandsabout as wide as possible.. Great quality and very good value for the money. I guess thatthey are versital as well, with using the feet and arms as leverage points. I go over head,straight across the chest, and down at the waist; four sets a session. I use the 20 lbresistance set and gave the 40 and 60 to my Physical Therapist.

Good quality bands
This are the best workout bands. Strong and durable. I bought others that broke in 2 weeks. This look like they will be around for a century.

Too heavy duty for me!
I guess I'm really not strong--I can't manipulate even the lightest one! Beware--doesn't seem to be for beginners. Looks like good quality, though.

Can Use Just About Anywhere
These are good for multiple reasons. I use at work to stretch and build strength in arms. You can use different ways so very versitile. Price was ok as well. Quality seems good - they are holding up.
