The only thing wrong with the machine was I had to actually buy a plug compatible to Australia. Thanks to the fact it has a converter I was able to buy one and set it up. Now to set it to use

I got this for my mom to dip her toes into cricut work she was always buying things from people with this and I thought Iโd make a good little hobby with all the things going on in her life and she loves it and playing with it in her free time it cuts well and she had no issues using it Iโm sure sheโll upgrade in the future to a bigger better one but this is a great little beginner machine to learn with

I got this because I didn't want to commit the money and space to a full sized Cricut. It's a great choice for small things like cards, labels, and gift tags, and I make bigger designs by cutting small pieces and putting them together. I've mostly ignored the expensive Joy materials in favor of generic vinyl and stickers cut into 4.5" strips and put on a mat. Design Space is easy to use and if you get some good PNG sets and free fonts you can skip the expensive subscription.
