I just gave birth and i always tighten up my pregnancy tummy after birth .. and by mistake i ordered this belt on x small size which was impossible to wear after i gave birth right away.. but I ordered different belt until i lost alot of my tummy weight and now i am able to wear this belt thankfully now for five days and i successfully now tighten it on middle line .. i keep wear it day and night and i definitely will keep use it for even in normal days .. the best about is that it one piece belt not three or two .. but my only comment that it doesnt cover the lower part of my tummy so i end up wear small belt down so i wish if its longer reach the C-Section mark to get rid off the lose skin above it.Overall happy with it

Normally I don't write reviews unless Amazon send me email sometime requesting my review. I bought almost 10 waist trainers in September, every time I buy one I still don't find it what am looking for until I got this one today. I have never seen this quality, this stretchable material, very flexible to move while wearing, gives really the hour glass shape and tuck the stomach nicely...etc.. I loved it... and I recommend it...My waist size is 72cm relaxed and I got the XS size (63.5 - 68.5) on purpose because I know the latex material stretched, it fits perfectly in the third hook and zipped tightly, snatched my waist.. The torso is long from under the bra and cover till the lower belly... its really amazing.

Quality is great. Please get a size smaller. For me it seems to run big. But the results are great. Been wearing it and it keeps me eating less. Stomach shrinking but remember consistency is key as well.

I have been using this product for the last couple months and it does give me the results I desire. I started with a size Large maybe June of this year and I am now in a size Small. I use it when I walk on my treadmill and do my exercises. I am getting to my pre baby weight and couldn’t be much happier!!! I believe in 3 weeks I will be in a size XS if they have it 💪🏾💪🏾
