They forgot to make seed for the southern states.
germinates quick best for northern areas i wish they make this grass for zone 8

Florida here and this product works very quickly. I pulled up a portion of my bahia grass the had heavy weeds and reseeded. The next day grass started to grow a beautiful dark green.

Very disappointed with the product little 2 nothing grew in the spots I placed it in had better results with the walmart brand

Not sure.
I tried to plant in late spring knowing it wasn't a good time of year to plant seed. Some came up in areas without intense sun, but that's it. Watered it several times a day, birds are some. Very little survived in heavy sun areas. Probably works fine planted in fall.
