Was a tight fit trying to get the tourniquet into the holder. Also did not fit 100% to the molle on my equipment bag. All in all, appears to be doing the job at the moment and has made the tourniquet more accessible if I ever need it.

This is a great molle or belt mounted TQ pouch. It seems to be made of good quality nylon with good stitching. The molle strap keeps it nice and tight when woven onto a plate carrier or molle compatible bag. There is a grommet on the bottom for drainage which is a plus. The elastic hood does not have velcro or a snap button to keep it closed. The elasticity of the hood does a decent job at keeping the TQ from sliding out during light physical activities. If you will be using this pouch during more extreme conditions then there might be a possibility that the hood might come off. For added security I slid a ranger band on the molle strap before weaving onto my IFAK. Once the TQ pouch was completely attached, I then secured the hood with the ranger band. The hood will not come off unless I need it to. In addition, you will not lose the ranger band when you pull the hood open because it is looped on the molle strap.

Loved the fast shipping, the quality of the material. The only issue is that it doesn't fit the tourniquet! I have the same regular tourniquet every first responder was issued, so I can't understand why it won't fit. Not worth the time and effort to send it back. Don't buy this!

This appears to be pretty high quality. The fabric is thick, the inside has a plastic layer to keep out moisture, and possibly help the TQ slide out faster, and not wear a hole in the nylon. The bottom has a weep hole if you get submerged. The cap is strong elastic that's double stitched. This will not fall apart on you.The back has 2 molle straps with buttons, and another button strap for a belt/vertical mount.
