Good prototype but not ready for prime time; too many bugs and issues
Very good concept to track your child via smartphone and computer but the watch and software are still too buggy for the masses. Need to be a techie or programmer to actually make it work reliably. There aren't many if any better options in the market that I could find geared for a small child.

1 star because I could not vote any less.
1st watch received, A/C charger was bad. Charged via USB on PC until it showed full (2hrs). It would work for about 30 minutes, showing that we left home and arrived at school, but would turn off (Displaying "OFF") and was unable to track my child. This happened 2 days in a row. Requested an exchange. Received 2nd watch, A/C charger works. This watch did not turn off, but was unable to track it after about 30 minutes. Even with my child in good cell service and walking outdoors, it fails. I have to reconnect it to the charger to get it working again. Notifications sometimes reached everyone. I am an IT Engineer. Does not mean that I am the smartest, but I do not see that this thing can be trusted. Hereo does not have a WORKING phone number, only email. The 2nd watch is going back and will wait for another brand watch to come out that does to scream "I'm a GPS Watch".

Didn't work! Do not purchase, it didn't work from the very beginning. Very disappointing.

Very poor performance
Product performs very poorly, battery life is horrible, after charging it gets stuck on LOAD many times and cannot connect to the app, GPS does not update as it should snd gets stuck at the same wrong location for hours. I am returning today....

In Europe it is a "must have" for children.
Buy the NEW ONE. The old one you need to avoid The new one is either out or just about out. Excellent company in terms of the people. And Yes, it really really does locate children with great accuracy. The software is also worth noting. It connects as many people as you like using their smart devices. It is like "find my Iphone" on steroids and with kid tracking without a phone.

the perfect size for my five year old
It is a lovely little watch, the perfect size for my five year old, and more stylish that I expected. We explained what it does but he is simply happy to have a watch like Daddy.We didn’t have to install nor activate any sim card, we just charged the watch, turned it on and followed the instructions to pair it with the App that we had already downloaded. The activation process was easy, took less than two minutes and now it is working really well. We have also managed to Geo-fence the house and my son’s school. I recommend it!

We love the watch and the peace of mind it gives us.When we press the update button to get his real-time location, the reply normally takes 60 seconds, which feels like a long time when you have lost your little one.However it does the job.

Didn't work in UK or Canada. Waste of money!
