Did the job when the power went out.

It started to short out. Now it works until I touch it or move it. It has to be in a certain spot and can't be moved once it's working.

I bought 2 of these and I am happy with them overall. There are three color temperature modes: cool white, warm white and daylight white. The brightness is about what I would expect from a 10 watt bulb, somewhere around a 45 watt incandescent bulb equivalent and it's dimmable if you need to turn it down.The finish on the plastic around the bulb globe could be better, but the build is sturdy yet lightweight overall. There shouldn't be an issue with hanging this anywhere with the metal hook that's attracted to the base.Everything considered, I'd recommend this if you need a USB or USB/battery powered light. I have them for emergencies and power outages. They are alternatives to candles and kerosene lamps since you can use these LED bulbs almost anywhere and they generate little heat. If you want to battery power them, make sure you have a power bank that can supply 5 volts at 2 amps and you should be golden. YMMV

This light uses a standard USB port to power it's multi-color, variable brightness bulb. Ideal for lighting the interior of a tent with a potable battery or solar generator power supply. I used it on a 5-day camp in a two person tent. It puts out plenty of light for such a situation. Comes with a 4 foot cable & multifunction switch to adjust color & brightness.One suggestion would be to make the bulb smaller to take up less space in packing. Other than that it's perfect!

Decent brightness and the ability the change the warmth/tint of the light is nice. The construction is a bit shoddy though. It looks like it was glued together will generic plumbers caulking.I'm going to glue the cable as it enter the base of the light as it's likely that there is nothing to prevent the cable from being torn lose. Wires right to the connections and nothing to stop movement (those hard rubber parts on your cord as it enters your lamp, or at the plugs of your charging cable).

I gave it 5 stars for battery life, but honestly, I cannot rate that accurately because I've only used it for 15 minutes max on 2 occasions, so I don't know how much battery it's actually draining from my external battery pack.It seems to be effective. I like that you can adjust the brightness.It's not battery operated. You will need a USB connectable external battery source.

I bought this light for camping and fishing. At is brighter than I expected and i love the low watts. I connected it to a small pocket powerbank and had it on for 2 hours and barely used any battery. If i had it 2 ft high whole floor had light and when i lifted it 5 ft or so it lit up our while area. Le a real bulb at home. Better than my ac adapter bulb. Great job. Will use multiple times soon and update if anything changes. This will be handy for power outages as well. Buying more soon!

Like: has 3 types of light, ie. Daylight Nite lite Cool but lit upAnd all 3 are dimmableWe use in our tiny house, works great. Three for the whole place.Can always take any where with device battery. It works good like that.

Nice usb light with 2 settings, seems well made and illuminated switch is a handy feature

The item I received does not come with the metal hook as shown in the product photos. I have purchased several types of these LED bulbs and the metal hook is a must if they're for camping or any outdoor use. The plastic hook will break and you'll be left scrabbling around in the tent looking for a tie.
