Decent but...
These are definitely worth their price tag BUT I was sent ones that differed from the ones pictured, so if you need the cable loops be careful when ordering.

Sturdy and Simple to Install
I wanted to get rid of my light stands, so bought these to hang my LED lights. Had both ceiling mounts installed with lights hanging off them in no time. Love the floor space I've reclaimed as a result.
