Will these fit the Logitech H800 also?

Yes they can, but they are about 60% smaller and thinner than the original or even replacement pads that come with the H800 or that you can purchase here. Even the replacements available are thinner that originals, cheap, don't quite fit (too large), and cost at or near three times as much as this product. One set of these pads is not very comfortable. You can easily stretch a second, as I did, over the first set which provides adequate, in my opinion, comfort to make the use and price worthwhile. They look a little dumb being so small, but they breathe new life into the headphones an now I have 4, when doubled on each side, more replacements for a very good price. You mileage may vary based on your headset, but they can work on the H800.

do these make your ears hot?

No, I can wear these for hours and am not bothered by the heat. It's actually the pressure & weight of the headphones on my ears that would bother me more than the heat of the earpads.
