Only been using 1 capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening, yet it seems to calming my legs and burning feet at night. Time will tell if it is everything they claim, although it seems possible. It is cheaper than doctors and "neuropathy specialists" that advertise like snake oil salesmen and give no results. ;-)
