I purchased a set of meat claws last Christmas for my husband who loves to grill and they’re one of his favorite ‘grilling accessories”. I purchased these to use as a Christmas gift for the guy Christmas gift exchange for my family (the gift will include these meat claws and a bottle of my husband’s favorite barbecue sauce). My husband is even more jealous of these because these are wooden and a stainless steel material compared to his black plastic ones that I bought him last year and still do the job, but aren’t nearly as nice as these. He is hoping he gets to end up with his own gift so that he can keep them! The bottle opener on the side is definitely a nice feature as well. They are great and I would absolutely and confidently recommend them to others.

I have resisted purchasing meat claws because I tend to steer away from ‘single-purpose’ kitchen items and surely normal forks are good enough. I was wrong. If you make pulled pork or shredded chicken or beef, these are what you want! The important thing is they make this task unbelievably easy. But I’ll admit I’m at least partly keeping them because of how cool you feel wielding them! Rawr! Truly though, the blades are sharp and the handles are smooth and easy to manipulate. I plan to keep these babies plenty busy as it’s the start of pulled pork sandwich season!

My wife wanted me to make some pulled pork for a barbecue in celebration of both of our 2020 graduates. I smoked the pork for about 8 hours, it was the right temperature, it was the right color, and it was juicy.I used these to shred the meat for the pulled pork sandwiches, and they worked great. They fit my hands pretty good, (5'10" and pretty much average American size) and they made pretty consistent pieces of meat, and it is not bulky, and is easy to use.

I have burned my hands far too many times trying to shred meat with my hands when I thought the meat was cool enough, I have used inferior plastic claws and then I found these. These metal claws are a life/time saver. I will not make any kind of shredded meat again if I don't have a pair of these on hand. I am sending a pair to my sister since I know her and my niece make a lot of shredded dishes in either the crock pot or InstantPot.

Got this for my husband to make pulled pork for a party with all of the family kids this weekend. It was great! The handles are very well made. They are strong and assembled with strong bonds that feel lasting. The claws do not keep your hands far enough away from the meat if it is right from the grill hot. We solved this by wearing silicone cooking gloves.
