Q: I assume this will not fit over the roll paper adapter for the P800?

No I don't see how the extra depth would fit. I haven't seen any that will. I guess one could cut out the back of it, and maybe draw the back flap over the roll of paper, just a thought.

Q: What are the correct dimensions? my epson p800 is 27l x 15w x 16d, and the description here does not match at 27 x 15 x 10 inches. thanks!

I have the Surecolor Epson P800, and the cover fits perfectly. I LOVE it! The dimensions in the description are for the printer with the top paper holding tray folded down, not extended up.

The cover goes all the way down to the table that my 3880 is sitting on, so I don't think you could print with the cover on.
