I am a massage therapist and I practice Fire cupping at my location. I got these cups to fill out the gap as the ones I put based in training were a little pricey for not as many. Love the finger placements they enable for a firm grip even if your hands are oily. They hold suction pretty well depending on the client of course. I do find it hold better than my pricey set it may be because the lip is a little deeper and there is less contact with the rim. I have also made the mistake of dropping them (several times) and no cracks, no breaks. Overall good purchase.

These have been a good set while me and my husband learn to fire cup. It is important you do your research before cupping, as there are endangerment zones, and meridians to follow, etc. There is no carrier case for the cups though. I found that swabbing the inside with more alcohol and using a liberal amount of oil on the skin gives you the best suction with fire cupping. We enjoy these very much & they arrived on time with no damage.

The cups came in protective stereofoam box. Excellent suction power, easy to handle design. Far superior to the smaller, thinner versions which I retired after buying this professional set. Very happy with Purchase. Highly recommended.

I give them a three because two of the cups came damaged.Upon opening the very loosely, packed box..I opened the packaging for the fire cups and one cup was totally shattered and another was cracked. :(I've contacted Amazon and I'm trying to figure out what I can do about the packaging problem.However.::After a close inspection, I was able to use the other Fire cups that came in the package. The 10 cups, that were not damaged worked great. I'm not a huge fan of the seal on the glass, as I thought these cups didn't have a seal point ( the point were two pieces of glass meet one another on the side); but they still work okay.

The rims are thick as well as the rest of the glass so they're sturdy and a little heavy. They're easy to grasp for moving cup massage (remember to use plenty of oil). The only think I would change would be to replace at least 2 of the X-large cups for medium or small cups. I think there's already a set like this available on Amazon but for a higher price.
