Great and does what its supposed to do. Not so great for neck exercises while laying on the side if you want to train left and right side of the neck.

This is a comfortable, sturdy helmet well made and does the job it was designed to do very well. Make sure to measure the circumference of your head well before ordering so as to get a snug fit.

Very comfortable and high quality. I have used a leather head strap for years and when it broke, I got this one. The only issue for me is that my old neck strap pivoted at the attachment point of the head strap and chains, allowing a more smooth movement while doing the exercise. Maybe it will just take some getting used to with the new strap. A very minor point, here. Overall, a quality piece of equipment.

This Neck harness is the best I've used. Great if your using it for seated or standing extensions. The sizing and fit is good, the product is robust, fit for purpose and is excellent value for money. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in basic neck training exercise.
