The sleave comes flat and compact no problem setting it up. Cutting out the wall was no problem but I had wires in the wall to deal with. The job took me alone about two hours which includes silicone.

It is more complicated to cut through a wall and install this but it is worth it. You will have to seal and I have built frames for inside and out. This unit is great and worth the extra money for the unit itself and the seven year guarantee.

Some things I had to learn via Google/Youtube: - Make sure to tilt the frame slightly back so that water drips outside the wall instead of into the room. - Secure the sleeve to the wall by drilling 2 holes on each side, at positions of your own choosing. But NOT in the bottom! That could let some water leak out. You have to provide your own hardware.Also, the instructions mentioned a couple of 1.6" pads toward the bottom back, but I didn't have those. I think maybe they were to cover the drain holes(????). And the large pad that is supposed to go at the top-back doesn't seem like it should fit there, but that's apparently where it goes according to the instructions. It would fit better at the bottom, but then I realized it would be sitting in water, and I guess there's some other reason it should be at the top.

Would not purchase again

The most important thing is that it fits. Not a great price can be purchased other places for about same price. So many vendors just need to pick one.
