Battery died on my Dyson handheld. Called a shop and they quoted over $200 to replace and service. I did some research and came across this battery. The product page shows you how to install so I followed the instructions and it was simple.Best thing so far is that the the milliamp hours are 2x the original battery and subjectively I can say that this battery has added vacuuming time to our device. That is worth 5 stars alone. Second, the price was so cheap compared to the having this done at a shop that I was pretty much blown away.One of the filters that came with the unit worked plenty fine and I did not even know there was a filter there. The one that goes on the back did not fit and I could not get it on. I am 100% okay with this because I really needed the battery and the filters were a bonus.Thanks to the seller for providing a very affordable fix to a very, very expensive device.

Yay! It works 😉 my vacuum was running for 10 seconds at a time before I got this. Now it runs like new again, thank god. Here my husband was thinking I was going crazy, he said oh well if you put it on high it won’t last long…no…the battery keeps dying. Well hubby tried it out himself the other day and was shocked lol, told you I said. Install was easy, just took a few mins to get the tiny screws in the back. It came with a filter and a strange back piece but I don’t think my V7 uses this so we just have an extra part. But either or I’m happy, it’s quieter too which we both noticed. Idk how but it is.

After 2 month normal use (once or twice a week) the battery is almost dead. It can only last 30 seconds after fully charged.

Our original battery was dying - ordered this replacement and it works great! Holds charge well, and I can even use the high power suction again! Very happy for the price!

Battery lasted about a year with average usage ( about 2 minutes of use every other day ). You know the Battery is going out when you try to vacuum on max and it starts to shut on and off in bursts. The battery will still work on low suction mode, but you get what you pay for.

This battery works like the original battery that came with my cordless Dyson vacuum. It has so much power that it’s hard to vacuum rugs.

Item came in timely manner. I installed it and the new filters no problem. I like that this comes with replacement filters. This is the second time I ordered this item and I think this has more suction than the original Dyson battery and lasts me a bit longer.

The battery worked as a replacement for the Dyson OEM battery. Fit was good. No issues with usage. After about 8 months, the total run time started decreasing and after a year, it is now about 60% run time from purchase. It is used about 2-3 times a week to fully drain. To be fair, the OEM Dyson lasted only about two years and it costs 3x as much.
