I purchased these to walk my 3 large dogs with, well they keep my hands warm, fit is perfect and I think they look really cool....

Did it's job protected my hands doing parking lot drills. But ripped at the palm after low sided in parking lot.

Great pair of gloves, get 1 size bigger for a better fit

Ate asphalt at ~25mph. These absorbed the brunt of the damage to my hands, but had a hole at the end of it, and I had minor abrasion cuts. Should it have been 60, these wouldn't have helped much. That said, I was fine to ride again the following day, so I'm happy overall.

They fit nicely and I’m typing this review with them on and they make me look cool and to the guy who said that they don’t keep them warm I’m fritz and hot in these things like what is wrong with you and they’re not supposed to keep you warm there for self-defense dummies thank you for these beautiful gloves. love lightning

The plastic armor is sturdy. Not sure how thick the metal knuckle plates are, but they don't feel like they would stand up to a whole lot of damage. I'd venture to guess the plastic would offer more protection. The gloves themselves are comfortable except for the first knuckle plate on the pinky; that one I can feel digging into my finger on both hands when I close my fist. These would certainly offer more protection in an accident than equivalent gloves without the armored plating, or even most thin leather gloves.

I hope you liked my Haiku title :D I bought these gloves, they look insane, But with a punch, I felt some pain. The metal knuckles, a pretty good fit, But when I punched my own palm, they hurt a wee bit. If I were to fall, or something dropped from above, Those knuckles would not give me much love. In self-defense, they'd cause me pain, I'd need another option to protect my grain. So back they go, to Amazon I'll send, For a larger size, and a looser bend. With room for gloves underneath, I'll test, To see if those new ones are the best. In a rhyming review, my tale I share, These gloves didn't quite meet my care. But I'll give them another chance, it's true, Hoping the next pair will see me through.
