I am super happy with this product! Great probiotic and a very useful addition to maintain a strong immune system, specially in these times!

I have been taking bio cultures for awhile now and can attest to their health benefits they can aid your mental health, support your digestion as well as boost your immune system.Unfortunately this supplement doesn’t seem to have a high CFU as it doesn’t even list the amount and with only 3 live bacteria strains I doubt it to be high..Research suggests that for it to be a good probiotic it should have in excess of 10 billion CFU and at least 5 different strains per dose, from research I’d worry about this products potency.I would perhaps class this as more of a multivitamin rather then a bio cultures and; if you already take a bio cultures supplement you probably aren’t going to want to switch to this one with a lower dosage.I can see why this one might be a nice starting point for someone to dip their toes into taking bio cultures as well as getting a daily immune boasting collection of vitamins and minerals.It will take between one month to 2 months for it to get in your system and do it’s magic so consistency is required to get the most out of them.Not my favourite type of capsule, big and dry. If you aren’t the best at swallowing tablets, like me.. best to cut them in half..No discernible aftertaste..So far I have experienced no adverse side effects from taking these pills.Overall I like the content but I am a little let down by the low CPU count, the product seems a bit pricy to not have a higher potency.

My husband has been taking probiotic supplements from a well-known brand to help with his GERD and indigestion for a few years now. Taking it together with a prescribed medicine from the GP, a great combination that seems to be working well for him.This probiotic-based tablet with added nutrients Immunobiotix, from Gold Collagen, doesn’t have many live strains of live bacteria as compared to his regular brand but it has some other nutrients such as spirulina, ginger, zinc, vitamin C, D, selenium, and folic acid to help support the immune system, healthy skin, nail, and hair, besides supporting the gut health.They are made in Japan, free from all the nasties – gluten, lactose, artificial colors and sweeteners, alcohol, GMO, Halal, Kosher. The tablet is quite big but easy to swallow. It has a light black pepper taste when it hits your tongue. My husband usually takes his tablet in banana, he said it’s much easier to swallow that way.He has been taking these tablets for about 20 days now, he continues to feel fine, with no issues. He has not experienced any adverse effects either.For the current price of £22.20, for a month supply, it might quite pricey for some, however, I believe this is a good quality product made under a strict quality control environment. I have been taking the liquid collagen drink from the same brand for some time now, and I’m very happy with the results. Both my husband and I have full confidence in this brand and would continue to repurchase from them.Overall, this is good quality, great all-in-one supplement for a healthy gut, immune systems, and healthy hair, nail, and skin made by a trusted brand.Would recommend.

I had a tooth infection and had to take antibiotics for 11 days.Usually after I finish the course of antibiotics I take the probiotics to help restore 'good bacteria'.I wasn't expecting miracles, as in the past I was taking 'stronger' probiotics for a longer period of time without noticing much of improvement.I'm not sure, if these helped me or if it just coincidence as after taking immunobiotix for only three days I've notice a big improvement in my digestive system.I'm continue to take immunobiotix (10 days) and so far everything is much better than before, so I believe that this supplement is helping me.I didn't experience any side effects.I'm taking 1 tablet per day. In the box there are 30 tablets, so they should last me for a month.The tablets are quite big, but not too hard to swallow.They came well packed with a leaflet.I found them quite expensive, but as long as they will work for me I think that they are worth every penny.

I have tried countless collagens, I have not noticed much except some minor relief. The last thing I tried was collagen peptides at a concentration approximate to that of this collagen. However, after a month of taking it, I didn't notice anything at all.But after using this product, I started noticing it from the fourth day and I couldn't believe it. My skin is hydrated, juicy, slightly firmer. I was a bit shocked because I don't remember having had skin like that, in my life not even when I was 20 years younger!Obviously, if you're 20 years old, you won't notice it because your skin produces collagen from leftovers, but at my age, we're losing it, by leaps and bounds. And I am surprised that I've spent so much amount on collagens that didn't do me any good.Honestly, given the results I'm seeing with this collagen, it's going to be extremely difficult for me to find something that surpasses it.
