Luckily there are 2 in the package. The first one lasted about 1 day before the tip broke off in my guitar, and I had to open up the guitars electronics to get the missing piece from rattling around in the guitars electronics.So far the second one is still together and working good for what I wanted (running to amps at the same time). But time will tell if this one holds up.Update 8/24/2021 - After posting the above review I was notified by the Vendor and who offered to send me a replacement immediately. Well I have to say they were true to their word and and I not only received 1 replacement unit (for the one that broke) but 2 as a complete replacement for the original package.Also now that I have been using them for a bit now to split the signal out of my Bass guitar to 2 different amps, the unit is working great and doing what I had hoped. So I've update my stars from 2 to 4 to reflect not only how the unit is working but also their quick response to send a replacement. They only lose the 1 star because the one did break.

I had a failure after only a couple of uses and most importantly the failure was a physical disassembly of the 1/4 jack which could have occurred when plugged in and disabled another component, I was lucky that the disassembly occurred when I was examining the coupler due to the fact that it quit holding in the plug, which no longer snapped in or remained connected. The lack of quality is breathtaking.

Pretty close to worthless. The female connector is VERY loose and does not create a reliable connection. I bought them for use on a test bench where I can wiggle them a bit to ensure a connection when I need it, but they will be pretty useless for most applications.
