An essential supplement, that many are unaware of. If you are taking Vitamin. D3, you definitely need this one too. Bottle arrived in good time, and is a decent strength. I’m happy with it.

This vitamin stopped the bleeding my nose.
I don't know how to explain it. Before I had this vitamin, my nose used to bleed every day at different times, sometimes during the day, sometimes at night while sleeping. This problem has plagued me since childhood until now, until I bought this vitamin. Now the nose doesn't bleed, maybe because this vitamin thickens the blood? People who take vitamin E should also take this vitamin because vitamin E thins the blood and causes nosebleeds or, in rare cases, internal bleeding. I would recommend that people who take blood-thinning medications consult a doctor before taking this vitamin. When I finish this vitamin, I will buy it again. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !!!
