Been taking these for a while with D3, I feel great. Like many I always look at the worst reviews and there is a concern with some of the ingredients in them which are largely used in most supplements. An essential supplement, that many are unaware of. If you are taking Vitamin. D3, you definitely need this one too. Bottle arrived in good time, and is a decent strength. I’m happy with it.

I don't know how to explain it. Before I had this vitamin, my nose used to bleed every day at different times, sometimes during the day, sometimes at night while sleeping. People who take vitamin E should also take this vitamin because vitamin E thins the blood and causes nosebleeds or, in rare cases, internal bleeding.
