Yoga Mat Bag (BlackRed)

Very nice bag. Well-constructed. Arrived promptly in its own bag. (Half plastic, half fabric, with a zipper.)Pros: holds a lot of stuff. Has a zippered pouch like a garment bag with a spot for a hanger. Has pockets for keys, eye pillow, resin bag. Has a small pocket with earbud cutout to listen on the go. secure storage (pro or con?) - mat spot has very long Velcro straps, then two backpack-style closures to close halves together, then a short carry strap in middle with more Velcro, then the shoulder strap to top it all off. MacGyver ain't got nothin' on this bag! You want to do them all for security, but undoing is a bit tedious & time-consuming.Cons: when shoulder strap is adjusted for me (I'm under 5') the padded part no longer lines up with my shoulder. (If padded part were wider, it would slide around the adjustor.) water bottle spot is a bit awkward. It hasn't fallen out when full, but sometimes does when empty. Must be carried with it facing out, as in pic. cannot accommodate blocks, which must be carried separatelyOverall, recommend this bag.

It's one of the most useful Yoga bag I see, I use an oversize Lululemon Big Mat, so fitting it in an completely enclosed bag is always a challenge. This one has all the compartments I needed for everything and then some. The material is light and rigid enough for my Big Mat. rolling the mat in and out is a breeze. My bag, unfortunately have a defective zipper, but I like the bag's appointment so much I replaced it here in Amazon. Decide to give it another chance.Claus, the owner had been an amazing joy to work with, not only did she gave a refund, she's so apologetic that gave me another free bag! So now I have 2!90 days review. The bag held up amazingly. no sign of material fatigue.(I had a dud) This is now my favorite company to work with. They truly went above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

This carrier works well for my extra wide yoga mat. The extra pockets are convenient to use for my wallet and cell phone. But the thing that most impresses me is the customer service I received from Claus and Robert. The zipper on the first carrier I ordered broke after the second use. They were quick to respond and promptly sent me a replacement . When that one arrived with a broken zipper, they assured the problem was being worked on and sent me a third carrier. So far, the third one is the charm.The carrier is well made and come with a five year warranty. I expect to use it for many years.

I bought this bag for my Daughter's Birthday. She absolutely loved this bag, however, the first two arrived damaged. Amazon was great, as they gave me full credits and resent them with free returns and shipping! The THIRD time seemed to be the charm, but once again the zipper broke and the handles came off the bag!The bag itself is GREAT but the quality of how it is made is very poor as it doesn't stand up for very long!!!!

I don't know why this description says for men. It should say unisex. I really love this bag. It has room for everything I need and I love that my mat is not totally enclosed. I also like the compartment for my phone and water bottle. I couldn't really use the clothes compartment because if I was taking extra clothes they would be for work and would get disastrously wrinkled. Perhaps on a weekend I could definitely use it...just haven't yet. I actually have two other yoga bags that are new. I will sell them on eBay because this one is the best.

Great looking mat bag, has everything I was looking for. Unfortunately it didn't last more than two trips to the studio before the handle completely ripped off. All I was doing was walking into the studio. Clearly the handles weren't sewn on well enough (pictures attached). All I had in it was a water bottle and my yoga mat. Still usable with the shoulder strap, but because it's been 45 days I can't exchange it. A little disappointing. Like I said, nice bag, but clearly the handles aren't designed to actually be used.

Firstly I want to state for the record that I loved the form factor of this bag and it was perfect for my Yoga needs. The thought put into the pockets, interior design and countless space for all my Yoga paraphernalia is top-notch. However the build quality (at least on my order) was distinctly sub-par. On its' very first outing one zip pull broke off and another sheared but I didn't care as I liked the bag so much. Yesterday however after only a couple of months of use the hand strap pulled out of the socket. I dig this bag, but I fear that soon it's going to be unusable if things keep falling off.

This bag did carry most of the things I needed for my yoga class, although I wished that every pocket had 2 zippers and the arm strap was a little larger. However, on the third time I used the bag, the shoulder strap strap connection to the bag broke and on the fourth use, the smaller strap broke, leaving the bag completely useless. It's unfortunate that most of the reviews for this bag are by people that are paid to put their yoga mat in it, review it, and say it works great. In reality, when you actually put things in it and try to use it, the quality is so low that it breaks and is unusable. Because I didn't need the bag right away, I can no longer return it. I suggest trying similar products first as maybe the quality of those bags will allow them to be used 5 times.
