If you want to grow in your relationship with God, this book is for you. If you want to see if anyone is going through what you are going through, this book is for you. If you are experiencing your faith walk, this book is for you. This book is good to do alone or as a Bible study. I did it alone but I plan on using it for a Bible study group later on.

I enjoyed getting this dvd and it was shipped as expected in a timely manner. There are 2 or 3 of the interviews that are better than others but overall it was worth the money spent to get it. I have shared in with women in small group setting. Like the forgiveness and hope sessions the best.

Julie Clinton has such insight into women. When I read a chapter, it's like she wrote about me. I find the questions at the end of each chapter thought provoking. This book has helped me gain insight into myself and has brought me closer to my Heavenly Father. Thank you so much, Julie, for writing this book.

It's just an OK book. She takes verses from the Bible and builds upon them a little. It really didn't teach me anything more about God. I think, even though not only for women, others write much better books getting one closer to Jesus. She writes about beauty which we all know is in the eye of the beholder. Yes, we know some women take it too far. I suppose I expected better insights to help understand today's world and getting closer to God. You might as well just read the Bible and save your money.

I have recommended this book to all my fb friends and family. The last 11 months we have faced many challenges that appeared overwhelming. They have propelled my journey of faith to new heights. This book has assisted and confirmed God's love and faithfulness. A read again book as a daily devotional.

I love this book! It is a great opportunity to explore topics that may not come to mind on a regular basis. And it is from a woman's point of view, so it is great to see what the author has to say about dealing with these topics as a woman.

LOVED this book! I cried, I learned, I grew in faith. I love learning about women in the bible, and growing closer in my personal relationship with the Lord. Great way to start the day.

The book covers good topics, but with little depth. Perhaps this could be used as a survey-style course, but I think it's even too shallow for that. The questions are not thought provoking, and in many cases assume thoughts or feelings that the participant may not share. For example, when discussing women and beauty it puts women in two categories: those who focus too much on their external rather than internal beauty and those who spurn external beauty believing that plainness makes them more spiritual. What an awful and inaccurate stereotype!The optional companion DVD is the worst part of the study. Author Julie Clinton "interviews" various women regarding the Bible study topics. The interviews seem phoney, staged. The author's wrap-up at the end of each interview, where she repeatedly points at the camera, are disturbing.The book reminds me of what some far-removed industry executive would assume a "typical woman's Bible study" should look like. For me, it fails.

Not a deep Biblical study at all!
