Perfect!
Needed new batteries for my Cannon XL50. These were exactly what I needed. Charged them both up ,and so far they have not disappointed. As a hobby photographer, having good reliable batteries is epic. Importance! Happy shopper!

Fit and work great with older SX40 and SX60
The original batteries finally gave oout on my 10 year old SX40 that I use occasionally for backup, these also fit my SX60. The SX 70 uses different batteries unfortunately. Anyway, I didn't want to spend so much for the canon batteries and tried these and so far they are working great especially for the price. But like any knockoff batteries there is a tradeoff and that is life cycle. So hopefully these will last a few years which would be fine. I will update the review if they don't last, but for now looking good.

Sadly, very low battery life for me
I just reached the 1 year mark with these batteries and sadly the warranty period is over. I use mine with the Canon Powershot SX50 HS. I bought two of these. On one, I can only get 30 photos after a "full charge", which takes only like 10 mins with is very strange, fast. On the 2nd one I was able to get almost 70 shots. That's just not enough to be trust worthy, 100 or so shots with 2 fully charged batteries. I wish I could get them exchanged but it's too late for that now. I charge mine with my original Canon battery charger that came with my camera.

Expiration date is not true
I purchased this battery pack in 2016 and in 2025 both batteries died, although original canon battery drom 2016 is still alive. Batteries have a date stamp 15-11-28, it means they still should work for the next 2 years, but they didn't.
