It's okay, as the 3 star review said.I am a small person, so this might be influencing what I have to say, but as some other comments said the neck is REALLY high...like uncomfortably high, so that is a bit awkward. It also seems to be made for larger necks? I tried out my friends other one and it fit perfectly around my neck so it was fully supported, where this one does not at all (at least two inches of space in the front).The carrying case is nice, and the material is good quality, but if you're a smaller person I do NOT recommend this.

Not crazy about the smell. While it DOES remove my chest hair, there is too much left behind foe me to rate this much higher. I've experimented with leaving it on slightly longer than 10 minutes bit there wasn't much difference. It may work better on light or fair hair.

I like the product, it does what it needs to do and does it well. Only 2 complaints:1) it smells horrible. It's my first time using a product like this, and I wasn't expecting such a nasty smell2) the packaging is in broken English, as if someone just used a translator and didn't double check anything. "please keep interesting, dark place"

I bought this as an alternative to the leading national brand, which I normally use, based on the high ratings. Which are probably faked. I've only used it once, but I don't think there is enough in this tube for two uses. Definitely not for three. It didn't take off as much hair as the leading brand, and left me a little patchy and wispy. The one thing I can say about this is it didn't burn as harshly as the national brand. With only one use, I can't be sure this wasn't a simple matter of timing. I've found you have to be really vigilant with these types of creams. Once you feel the burn, if you're not jumping in the shower, ouch. I used this product for exactly 8 minutes and had no burning. (The packaging doesn't have direction printed on the actual tube, by the way.) So I gave it four stars for comfort. If you are really sensitive to the burning, don't mind patchy results, and can afford to buy a new tube every other application, this might be for you.

I love how soft yet firm the memory foam is, but the pillow didn't support my neck as much as I thought it should on the plane. I was able to make it work though, so that was OK. After opening the package, I noticed it came with a really bad odor. I had to wash the cover and clean the pillow before my trip. It wasn't the most convenient adding another task to my pre-trip "To Do List", but all in all, I'll keep it.

I was disappointed with this pillow. In the product description, it says it is made of "High density memory foam conforms to your neck, shoulders, & chin - doesn't push head forward like other products." I found this to be untrue, as the foam was very hard/abrasive and did not conform; instead it retained its shape and pushed my head forward very uncomfortably. Also, I found that I was not able to use headphones or earbuds easily, as the pillow rose too high on my head. Perhaps I have an uncommon neck/shoulder size (though I am sure this is not the case). Needless to say, I returned the pillow. I gave it two stars because the customer service is really great! SmarterLike Products LLC emailed me several times to confirm that I had received my product and to inquire if I liked it and answered questions I had. Ultimately, when I decided to return it, they were very understanding.No, I would not recommend this product. I would recommend this company for their excellent customer service, though.

Needed a travel pillow for an upcoming trip. This neck pillow is made of soft memory foam and provides a nice cushion for my neck during long flights. I was a bit disappointed with the color. The description states Crimson Red, so I was expecting a deep burgundy color. However, the pillow looks more like a bright blood red color. The color of the bag it came with, which was the burgundy red I was expecting, did not match the pillow. Decided to go ahead and give it to my daughter. She liked the red color and stated that the pillow was comfortable.**Contacted seller and they were quick to respond and provided an excellent solution! Excellent Customer Service!**Update: Received the grey neck pillow from seller and I have to say that the grey color looks really nice. Pillow is super soft and comfortable and will definitely be using it often. Thanks SmarterLife!

Doesn't feel snug. Husband said it was uncomfortable on his flight. I wore it around he house one day, I was not impressed with the support either. The quality in craftsmanship is there and seems durable though.
