Version US: attention
Sans doute très bien, mais ça.est la version US, donc impossible à lire sur une console française. J'avais regardé mais manifestement pas assez.

Commiting but my favorite game
Since I played Monster Hunter Tri, I've been anticipating a sequel in the series. But I was a little discouraged that this is pretty much the same game at first. Since my Wii broke and they took the servers offline for Tri, I got Ultimate and found they did add a lot of great content. Everything they had in Tri is in there, but they've added subspecies, new weapons types, dozen monsters with their own equip, a new element, ability to complete online quests offline, & more. Some of the new weapons even have a sense of humor with what it looks like/how it sounds. The graphics are probably better, but I haven't noticed that much. It's easier to get friends with a longer list and more info to help keep you from forgetting who that person is (it happens when you register a friend just because you did a quest or two with them). Additionally, you can now download new quests and "guild card" customization options as Capcom adds new ones. There are a few steps back from Tri though, like when playing online you'll often be disconnected (even because the room creator left) starting you over at the beginning of the process. Also you cannot see quests that are in progress at all, making me often think the person(s) is away someplace you can't see them. There are no longer restrictions on Rank to servers (though they do suggest it still) making it confusing that you might get into a group and find out that they are expecting more experienced players. And as said, every quest is going to take about 10minutes (50max no matter what), which combined with moderately long loading screens and often disconnections you need a lot of time/patience to play this game. Plus finding a group of people with the same goal can still take a while. As a personal note, gunners still need sets of ammo so you have a chance to change armor/refill inventory without making others wait 2min while you find all the shots. What I love about this game though is that every battle if full of close calls as a monster misses you by an inch. Plus the armor/weapon designs are creative, have large variety, and come with skills that improve your character in specific ways. This makes it easy to go from goal to goal and be ready for many situations. Online games are designed for pick-up groups while the friend list makes it easy to show up with people you know. This game plays perpetually, so you can always keep adding armor, weapons, and friends as you play. Overall, I recommend this game for hardcore gamers. Often times people will depend on your performance online (as the whole group gets more or less three knockouts before you all fail the quest). Newer gamers probably should play offline for a while or with friends to keep people from getting upset. I can be played entirely on the controller screen (though you have to change a setting every time for that), otherwise to use a TV you'll need an HD screen to read the text on screen.
