Fits well and is exactly what I needed
This was for an Opteka lens that I purchased a few years ago when the old one's set screws were stripped.

It's a T-Mount adaptor
It didn't crack and screwed onto my lens just fine. There's is a tiny bit of rotational wiggle room, not not enough to really affect the focus on the kind of lenses that use a T-Mount adapter. There's not forward and back rocking though, so no need to worry about wrenching the lens off the body.
