Real thing ...
I used to take Nature's Way lozenges for years, until the xylitol began bothering my tunny before bed. So I switch. I take two of these right at bedtime. And my Fit Bit shows my sleep pattern very sound and regular. And they are tiny and easy to swallow. I just bought 2 more bottles.

I’m a melatonin believer now
I find these very effective. Didn’t think I would but I’ve been converted. Also don’t get a “hangover” the next morning. Like this much better than other otc sleep products.

They do their job and they do it well
There are times when i try to go to sleep for 2 hours and realize it wont happen anytime soon unless i get some help. So after the 2 hours i go straight for the Melatonin and within 30 minutes i'm usually fast asleep. Also the price is very reasonable and the fact that they are kosher is a big reason that i bought them in the first place.

Favorite magnesium brand.
Been using this to help me relax, and for the occasional minor headache. So far this has been the only brand that I feel is effective compared to other mainstream brands I’ve tried at health food stores.
