How are these different from the 30 count box. These say "new" but it does not clarify what the difference is.

I did not notice the NEW on the last box I ordered, but there is an 800 number to call for questions. 800-613-2245

Can these be used with lash extensions?

They are very gentle and specifically made for eyelids, so I’m pretty sure they can be used with lash extentions

What is the expiration date of the product?

The expiration date on mine is stamped on the lid of the box and, in very small numbers, on the edge of the individual packets. Mine have an expiration date of 03/2023.

Can they be used while wearing contact lenses?

Never tried that but think you would have to remove the contact lenses, clean them individually, use the wipes for your eyes, then insert your contacts. You are dealing with 2 different lenses which are not systemically attached.
