Sizing chart is very inaccurate
Material seems to be ok, I ordered the size their sizing chart showed would fit... nope! Way to big, can't seem to find any way to contact the company I purchased it from through Amazon so I will be returning it to Amazon. I'm not a small guy, 5'10" 235#s, I ordered the xxl and it fits like a 4x. I will most likely reorder this exact item just in a lg or med!

It helps in more ways than you think.
What I like about this product is that I can wear it under my clothes at work. It has helped with my lower back pains. I also feel the affect of wearing it all day. It feels like I’ve been doing sit-ups. I have seen progress already. I a 3x at first but bought a 2x for a firmer fit.

As advertised/bad smell.
The item is as advertised but it smells like bad fish. I’m not sure how it was stored. I would recommend washing it 3 times with a washing power with baking soda in it like Armor Hammer. I rated the product a 3 for that reason alone otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
