BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT. MY HUSBAND AND I ONLY TOOK ONE CAPSULE FOR 2 DAYS AND IT MADE OUR BLOOD PRESSURE GO SKY HIGH, IT HAVE US JITTERS AND HEART RACING. WE STOPPED TAKING IT AND BLOOD NORMALIZED. SO BE REAL CAREFUL. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT AND UNABLE TO RETURN OR GET MY MONEY BACK.

This is a vitamin and herbal supplement designed to help boost your immunity. I decided to try this because I drive a school bus, and though the buses don't have full loads right now, and I am, thankfully, vaccinated against both the flu and COVID, i figured a little extra immune support couldn't hurt. Not sure how to tell if it is "working" or not other than I haven't gotten sick, but it is a supplement that contains a good list of things known to help.

They really have no flavor but they seem to make me feel sick to my stomach after taking them 3x's a day. It showed them as being a 90-day supply but when they arrived, it said on back of bottle to take 3 a day. I got them to take on Vaca because of the Elderberry but these are not for me! I knew I couldn't take the elderberry softgels with me for fear they would melt even more on the Harley. Looks like I will be doing a little more research for our next trip

I love these. I have more energy and overall feel better.
