After 50% Charge the battery drains very quickly, in less than one hour the 50% charge drained. I don't know if the item is faulty or is it some design problem. Overall sound quality is good, the call is also average. Sometime in call the eco comes but most of the time it is fine. Apart from this battery issue very poor quality, some time get phone hanging aslo

This product has a LOT of volume, probably too much. So it’s best to keep it out of your ear when turning it on. Mic works well enough for calls. Connects easily. Comes with extra ear tips. Battery life is a bit low maybe 7 hours total listening but what can you expect at this price. Neckband is quite flexible but probably fragile so handle carefully.

Not sure if this neckbank is a genuine Lenovo product due to the quality of the sound.The price is good though.

Bought 2 Units, for both the units the battery life turned out to be very poor, Battery doesn't last for more than 1 Hr. Also both units charging has stopped and it has stopped working. Not worth buying.

They fit well in the ear and very light weight that i even forget i have them on, the sound is great too, just noise canceling during calls is not that good but for the price i shouldn't complain 😀
