HEXBUG VEX Construction Zone

When Santa brought this for my 7 year old grandson I was convinced assembly would be something his father would take on board (after all he was an airforce ex-flight simulator builder, so this would be a doddle) The first thing my son-in-law did was to get my grandson to empty the contents of the Hexbug Vex box onto an area of the floor where pieces would not be trodden on or removed. This helped my grandson in familiarising pieces. My grandson then began putting the bits together, the plan was very straight forward apparently and save a few fiddly bits which his father did) my grandson built the Hexbug Vex over a day and a bit with a little help from his mother who delivered ‘patience’ to the build. The Kit kept him quiet (and free from his noisy computer games) and when it was finished he had a lot of fun operating the crane which rotated 360 degrees, lifted items up, down to the right whilst lifting and left etc etc. Hexbug Vex have a range of fun kits like this for kids of various ages and all very competitively priced.
