The picture's label for this product indicates it is 6%, not 5% as another user answered. This a 20% increase in the acidity of this product, and is not recommended for cooking or consumption in general.

Q: Is this safe to use this on floor tile?

Yes, mix with water. 1 cup vinegar to gallon water. Recommended as cleaner by tile contractor.

Q: Can I put a few drops in my shampoo ?

I don’t see why not, as long as your not sensitive to vinegar. Please be very careful about getting it in your eyes.
