The mold does not make candles as in the picture. It is "textured rope", not smooth. Very disappointing.

Knot candle mold
Disappointed in the size. I have not used the mold yet but it does not look like the picture at all. The inside looks to textured to come out looking like the picture a smooth knot candle. Any chance the supplier could resend me the correct one? PLEASE Can the supplier send the correct mold?
