This product is one of the lowest quality I ever bought from Amazon. The power connection never works. Amazon should prohibit such a bender or product to sell its customers. This product on market is just a scam to get customer money for nothing!

Works well would be great if it got hotter

I really like this product; it is very soft against my face, but I did have to buy a longer cord. I wish it had a way to set it for 10 minutes, etc., to go off.

I periodically suffer with dry eyes. This mask truly helped my eyes.I would highly recommend.rm

I really wanted to like this mask because of how convenient the micro USB port is, but it won't work for dry eye therapy purposes. Meibomian gland dysfunction requires eyelid heat for 10 minutes at 113 F. I pointed an IR temperature gun at this mask after heating it for 20 minutes on the highest mode, and it only gets up to around 105 F degrees in a couple of spots...much lower than the advertised 122 F. The heat is patchy too, it doesn't heat evenly enough to warm up my eyelids. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, it's a little awkward across the nose... I have a low nose bridge so I usually don't have this problem. However, if all you want is to feel some warmth and block out light, it might work fine for you...the material is very soft and it does block out light.

The mask does not apply sufficient heat and the cord is not long enough. Don't buy this product. Unfortunate that is was not at all how it was described to work.
