This is a cute little whale that lights up and sprays water out of the top. The lights change colors and the spray is a very light spray. This toy can be a little loud obviously with it sucking up water to spray out the top. This has frightened my young toddler so definitely takes some getting used to, I wish it were not so noisy. It is an adorable toy. I love that it is rechargeable and doesn’t constantly need new batteries.

Bought as a Christmas present for our 9 month old. Did ok at first. Had to change the batteries after just a week and a half but now even with brand new batteries it doesn’t work or barely tricked water out the top but not enough pressure to make it spray at all. Also doesn’t light up at all anymore and it’s only been like 3 weeks. Not worth the money and I think based on the day I bought it I can’t return it now.

I bought this wondering if it was "too babyish" for my 11 year old son. It just looked so fun and cute that I got it. He LOVES it! He puts it in a big bowl in the shower and it lights up with all the alternating disco colors and the fountain part works well and he said it was like a disco party and "a whole vibe". It turned out to be one of his favorite presents (he said so) and y'all... he got some really good presents. So kids of all ages like it. It's very cute, the lights and fountain work well. Thumbs up!

Both my kids LOVE this. As a parent though, it sucks. It has to be charged constantly and they give you a little 2 inch charging wire and you have to unscrew and uncap the charging port which is not an easy task. So you are constantly messing with this thing to make it work for the kids to play with.

This thing worked great for about a week of nightly bathed with our 18 month old daughter. Then it wouldn’t always turn off automatically and would sometimes just turn on randomly during the day while sitting on our dry countertop. This morning it turned on again after being out of the bath for 5 days and not being touched at all in that time and I couldn’t get it to shut off. It’s incredibly annoying so I finally just ripped all the guts out of it to find that this thing isn’t even watertight so water had gotten to the electronics internally causing it to power on at any time. Could be easily resolved with a simple on off switch. Wouldn’t recommend this cheaply built product.
