These B vitamins are of great quality. They are easy to swallow. I usually have a hard time with B Vitamins sitting in my stomach. This brand is good as far as no stomach upset. The B12 content is high and it is a good price. My mood and sleep quality has improved. I recommend these B-Complex vitamins.

I really think this stuff is working. On the days when I forget to take my two pills in the morning, my butt tends to drag. If I've taken my pills though, I can tell the difference. I always say I want to workout during my baby's nap time, but then when it comes I usually "reward" myself by sitting down and watching a show or wasting time on the facebook. When I have my B-complex my motivation is ten times the usual and I actually get off my hinder and get crud done (you know, either working out or laundry). I try to take this by 10 am so I have the energy around noon. I kick myself when I forget because I don't want to take it too late in the day as it will keep me up at night. And I definitely need as much beauty sleep as I can get. Long story short: This stuff works. When it arrived the lid was broken, however, the seal was still on the inside of the bottle so I didn't make a fuss over it. It's just a minor annoyance now.

In this formula there is way too much B6. Like 2600% of the RDA in a highly absorbable metholated form. My blood work showed 77 times the safe amount. High doses of B6 which caused neuropathy and it was almost impossible to walk. I decided to take individual metholated forms of B instead of a B complex. The B1 in here is not highly absorbable. I did write them and suggested that they reduce the B6 to a safer level like maybe 300% and not 2600+ % however they are the experts. I also suggested that they use a metholated form or 2 or 3 of B1, since each form has a different pathway and a different effect. It's the same for B3, different forms have completely different effects.
