few B-complexes use all the right forms of the constituent ingredients. this product is the exception and the price is great!

In this formula there is way too much B6. Like 2600% of the RDA in a highly absorbable metholated form. My blood work showed 77 times the safe amount. High doses of B6 which caused neuropathy and it was almost impossible to walk. I decided to take individual metholated forms of B instead of a B complex. The B1 in here is not highly absorbable. I did write them and suggested that they reduce the B6 to a safer level like maybe 300% and not 2600+ % however they are the experts. I also suggested that they use a metholated form or 2 or 3 of B1, since each form has a different pathway and a different effect. It's the same for B3, different forms have completely different effects.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It has the highest concentration of ultra potent b vitamins on Amazon. And the brand is top notch!

This B-Complex is easy on the stomach. I have been taking it for some years and I have not had any problems.

Although I had some difficulty with the bottle I purchased at Amazon (the EXPIRATION DATE is covered with a sticker that if pulled off, could pull off the date too) Country Life made it right! Amazon was no help whatsoever, but Country Life helped me determine the expiration date. Country Life's service was exceptionally fast and courteous. I have been taking these vitamins for at least 10 years and can't imagine life without them! I'm in my mid-sixties and these vitamins help maintain my excellent health. Next time I purchase I will look into buying direct from Country Life and skip Amazon.
