YIKES. I buy root cover-up sprays for my roots ...
YIKES. I buy root cover-up sprays for my roots and sometimes use them (carefully) around my hairline for a more voluminous look. This stuff comes out with force and sent dark brown spots splattering over the sides of my face, which was really difficult to cover and could not be removed. This stuff is messy and stains. Will be going back to using L'Oreal's Root Spray.

Great coverage
I love this spray for in between my roots being colored. I love that I don’t feel this in my hair once dry. I tried L’Oréal and that one felt awful in my hair where this one doesn’t. I get great coverage. I took off one star because I don’t get a lot of uses before I need a new one. It doesn’t have a lot of spray in it so I normally order two at a time.

Sticky and hard to wash out
The spray was strong so it came out covering a narrow area even holding it in a distance. After it was sprayed on, my hair felt sticky and when I touched it, the color sticks to my hand and comb making them very messy. The color was hard to wash out. I shampoo many times in a couple days and my hair still feels like they are glued together. Even after shampooing 5 times before I went to bed, my pillow cover had a dark spot after I woke up the next day. I have to wash not my hair, my hands, my comb, but also anything that my head touched. I don't like this product and I won't use it again.

Great root cover up
This spray works really well to cover your gray in between colorings. I put it on on wet hair and spread it around and then touch up if needed once it's dry. Just be careful when you're close to the hairline to spread well so it doesn't show on your skin. Scrub off the scalp where it can be seen. Same thing where you part your hair.

Very dark.
This is darker than dark brown, but it's what I needed. It took some trial and error to make it work. I would recommend some experimentation to get it right.
