Q: How many ounces of liquid fit in each rectangle?

Too floppy, hard to fill and keep liquid in. Would not buy.

Q: Can this be use for chocolate pretzel rods

This is not a rigid ice cube tray. it is silicone and extremely soft and FLEXIBLE. Once you fill the channels with water, you have a challenging time getting the tray over to your freezer without it bending. It needs to be on a rigid tray and then inserted into the freezer on the tray. If you are dealing with a non-spillable material (pretzel rods) It might work.

Q: can I use it for resin instead of water?

I'm not sure about resin, but I have a simiiar (thicker) silicone mold for cabochons that works fine for resin. I use this mold to pour melted wax mixtures for making my own sealing wax, and it works beautifully for that purpose, but as a caveat, it has a dull finish where the wax touched the silicon mold, and I am not sure if it would do the same for resin. The mold itself is thin, so once you poured it, you'd have to be sure it was in a place you were not going to move it until it set, so ideally, not the best if you want to pour and move it to another place to set.

Q: will this fit a swell bottle?

Yes, you can make the ice cubes as big as you want by taking away water or adding water, but even if you make big ice cubes with this they easily fit a swell bottle.
