This appears to be a great product. I ordered the recommended size for my husband. Per his 46" waist measurement, the chart suggested 3XL. I felt that might not be right, so I ordered a size down (XXL) to be safe. Thank goodness! The XXL ended up fitting him, but it was very easy to put on, so it will have to go on at the tightest row, so won't last as long as it should, if only because it stretches out a little or when he loses the first inch. As for the quality, it has pliable, yet rigid boning which helps to keep it from rolling down or rolling over - which is something many of these cinchers lack. It's hard to tell whether the inner fabric is truly 100% rubber or a high quality stretchy vinyl, but it's nice and strong - thick, but not too thick. There's only a very, very faint odor as would be excepted from any new material, but you really have to sniff it to notice. This is coming from someone who has sensitivities and gets headaches from what is probably undiagnosed allergies to odors. My husband says it's very comfortable, and he feels like he can move well in it. From the moment he got it on, I could see a noticeable difference. So I give it an A+ for fit, comfort, and quality. But size down. I'll give an update if anything changes after he's worn it for a couple hours instead of the 5 minutes to test it out. So far, I think it's worth the money.

Bought it as a gift, still being used today, hasn’t ripped or blown off his body yet so, I’ll say this was a good buy.

Very thin, very cheaply made, and costs twice as much as the heavy duty quality one I normally buy. After one use, this is stretched out too much to use again. Do not waste your money. I only bought this because shipping time was faster. Will definitely just wait for a good one next time.

Should of gotten Velcro fasteners. Cumbersome. I didn't use it past the first couple of attempts. I found that a binder wrap worked, in my case, much better. If you're fat, it probably won't fit. If you're average, it will probably will pinch. Is this really just a fashion item?

At first I didn’t think this was the product for me. I thought I was wearing it wrong as well. Then I researched and figured it the way to wear that fit my goals. Now I am very happy. So happy that I am buying the tank top version

The size is very suitable, and the fabric is more comfortable than normal waistbands. It does have the effect of sweating after trying it on! Further effects need to be determined after wearing for a long time.
