Will this work under solar power to blow hot air through pc pipe for heating a greenhouse?

100% will work. Just need a solar panel that puts out just enough voltage and amps. I run one of these off of two 15 watt panels for my greenhouse.

Can you run motor fan in reverse?

It would be easier to just turn it around as the fan blade is designed to run in one direction. If you reversed the leads it would not be very efficient. If you are using this in a boat that would not be advisable. Hope that helps you with your installation.

Can you hook the negative up to remote wire on car amplifier?

Hook the negative up to the ground of the amp and the 12v lead to the remote

Inlet &oulet are 3” my boat is in storage so I can’t tell you the exact over all length close would be 6” center 4”. Hope this helps.
