How do you open it? It said opens easily but I bought the one without battery compartment. How does it open eadily?

There are little slots around the edges that enable you to pop it open like a garage door remote.

does it fit a 1995 530i bmw ?

No 1995 is an e34 and uses a regular key. This is just a key case and requires the internals from a later model car.
