AcureCalming Itch & Irritation Lotion, 8 Ounce

I’ve been using Acure products for a couple years now and I have especially enjoyed their Lavender lotion. I’ve probably bought a dozen bottles the last couple of years — however, my last bottle I purchased was very different. It’s incredible running ( you can shake the bottle and hear it sloshing around ) and doesn’t even smell like their usual lavender scent. Have they changed their formula or did I receive a fake? I’m incredibly disappointed and don’t feel comfortable using the lotion since I buy Acure products because of their clean and safe ingredients and I truly question if this product is Acure or not.

I decided to try this brand because it is listed as cruelty free, which is important to me. But it is also important to have the right lotion. This lotion is moderately calming to irritated and itchy skin. But the lotion is thin, drippy and has a menthol aroma that is not pleasant to me. Previously I have used Eucerin Calming Lotion, which is terrific, but it is also pricey and at last check is not cruelty free. So I will try something else.

I love this lotion! I have always been a fan of Acure products, but this lotion is the BEST! It it somehow lightweight and extremely moisturizing. I got it due to an extremely itchy eczema outbreak I had and it was SOOO helpful. Highly recommend! I honestly think I will only use this lotion from now on. The scent is delightful also.

I use this as a soothing aftershave for my legs and will sometimes apply it before bed if I have any dry itchiness on them (the original reason I bought it, which isn't a problem as often now that I'm using it regularly). Soothes almost instantly, with a pleasant whipped creamy texture, and a great natural lavender smell. Very happy I tried it.

I use this lotion for my itchy legs. I’ve tried hundreds of different brands and this is the only one that has worked for me.
