I particularly liked the emphasis on 'ruthless prioritisation' - it feels very relevant to today's business challenges and something that's quite straightforward to implement. The case studies really demonstrate how you can apply agile practices (more common in software development teams) to your whole business. It's packed with lots of useful advice and has spurred me in to action to 'fail fast and learn!' Highly recommended!

I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to build a more agile culture within their organisation.

A great practical and insightful guide with real examples to draw on and to bring agility to life, helping leaders to put learning into action quickly. The relentless ongoing pace of change means it is essential for leaders to be able to navigate their way through and drive performance and this book provides the tools. An easy way to gain quick wins in a highly competitive and complex climate. Definitely recommend this book for any level of leader.

The title promised a combination of two things I'm really interested in - leadership and agile project management - but I'm afraid that I didn't get beyond the first few pages. It's probably a very good book for someone who is already an entrepreneurial leader but I found it quite dense and academic and being the first but not the second I'm afraid it is now 'shelf-ware'
