An insightful, acccessible guide to becoming more customer centric!
This easy-to-read, practical guide addresses the issues of leadership in the fast moving, complex world in which we are all attempting to operate! It's pitched perfectly to appeal to those in both large and small organisations and given me a roadmap for introducing greater agility to my leadership style. I particularly liked the emphasis on 'ruthless prioritisation' - it feels very relevant to today's business challenges and something that's quite straightforward to implement. The case studies really demonstrate how you can apply agile practices (more common in software development teams) to your whole business. It's packed with lots of useful advice and has spurred me in to action to 'fail fast and learn!' Highly recommended!

A practical leadership guide with helpful case studies
A practical and easy to read guide that is absolutely relevant to the challenges that we all face in business today. Simon clearly explains how to react to ever-changing customer needs to stay ahead of the competition, highlighting the importance of collaboration and the breaking down of barriers to become more agile. The ‘real-life’ case studies are particularly helpful to understand how this works in practice and to demonstrate the benefits of becoming more agile. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to build a more agile culture within their organisation.

A book for leaders who have the courage to be enablers and disrupters.
This is a must read for anyone in a leadership position, at any level, in every sector. Simon's ground breaking concept of leaders who have the courage to be both enablers and disrupters in a volatile and uncertain twenty first century world will help leaders and their organisation's to succeed in our complex and ambiguous business environment. Easy to read and packed with practical tips and case studies, his work is still based on robust research, without feeling like an academic tome. A worthy successor to Connected Leadership.

I'm not bright enough to understand this book
The title promised a combination of two things I'm really interested in - leadership and agile project management - but I'm afraid that I didn't get beyond the first few pages. It's probably a very good book for someone who is already an entrepreneurial leader but I found it quite dense and academic and being the first but not the second I'm afraid it is now 'shelf-ware'
